I was a 9-5 girlie at the DOJ until…
The Spring of 2022 I survived a shooting. Two of my friends became angels. Other close friends became complete strangers due to my PTSD that followed. What I thought was my dream job turned into a literal nightmare. PTSD was (& still) is a daily challenge.
I felt lost, alone, numb. The anxiety of reaching out to brands was overwhelming. I was clueless about how to contact brands and spent hundreds of hours screenshotting email templates along with brand emails.

In response, I decided to take control of my life and start over. I began sharing my journey on social media. I took courses, I started tagging brands I love, I reached out to brands directly and posted on social media (almost) every single day to inspire, educate and entertain my audience. 🫶🏼
Today I’m proud to say, I've partnered with 100+ brands (including AE, Valentino, Olaplex and Benefit Cosmetics), been featured in Entrepreneur Magazine, and received 500+ pr packages while securing 5-figure retainer clients.
My point is, regardless of how nervous you are to start, how lost or discouraged you feel, we all have the capacity to transform our setbacks into lessons and grow from them! I believe that with the right mindset, determination, and support, anyone can achieve their dreams and create a life they love.
